We’ll hear about Huntington’s status as an inclusive community, as well as changing access to books in Tennessee’s prisons. We’ll also explore the past and future of a historic building in Shepherdstown.

Two weeks ago, on April 16, John Lucas was run over by an ambulance from the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority at 2 a.m. in Elkview. And then he was dragged for nearly two miles.
