Morrisey Moves To More Quickly Deport Inmates In U.S. Illegally

W.Va. Gov. Patrick Morrisey said Thursday he wants the state to participate in the 287-G program. He told reporters the program would expedite the deportation of West Virginia inmates who are in this country illegally.
