Charleston’s annual free concert series, Live on the Levee, will begin on May 24 and run through August 10.
The City of Charleston announced this year’s lineup for the 2024 Live on the Levee. Artists range from cover bands of classic favorites like the Talking Heads and The Bee Gees, to original acts like Matt Mullins and The Bringdowns.
The concert series takes place on the Schoenbaum Stage at Haddad Riverfront Park with 10 nights of live music beginning at 6:30 p.m. each night of the season.
In a press release, Charleston Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin called the event a community tradition.
“Live on the Levee is a summertime staple that brings folks together to experience the magic of live music, and create lasting memories with our friends and families,” said Mayor Amy Shuler Goodwin. “We appreciate the invaluable support of the sponsors and partners whose generous contributions ensure this free concert series remains accessible to our entire community – enriching lives and fostering connection through music.”
