After a yearlong investigation conducted by NCP Denmark, which is the contact point for the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD), investigators say the stone wool manufacturing company Rockwool did not meet two of the OECD Guidelines for responsible business conduct while setting up shop in the Eastern Panhandle.
