Jason Isbell took home top honors last night at the 2014 American Music Association’s awards ceremony in Nashville; winning Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, and Song of the Year for “Cover Me Up.” Isbell perfomed “Cover Me Up” when he visited Mountain Stage last year, backed by his wife Amanda Shires on violin.
