This week, “A Change of Tune” host Joni Deutsch talks with Tucker Riggleman (vocals, guitar) from the Shepherdstown-based rock band Bishops. Since the dissolution of his other West Virginia alt-outfit, The Demon Beat, Riggleman has been focusing on creating gritty yet accessible rock melodies as the frontman for Bishops, as evidenced by the band’s newest release, Silver Lining.
