Possible Solutions Offered For Foster Care System Problems

For many years West Virginia has led the nation in foster care rates, with more than 6,000 children currently in state custody. This year, the state legislature formed a work group to identify and address complaints of neglect and ineptitude in the state’s child welfare system.
