Tara Brianne McCoy is the Constitution Party candidate for West Virginia House of Delegates District 93 in the 2026 general election. District 93 is located in Berkeley County and is currently represented by Republican Delegate Mike Hornby.
McCoy was included in the Constitution Party of West Virginia’s statewide slate of candidates announced in August 2026. Party leaders described her as bringing extensive life experience, strong family values and a commitment to her community since relocating to West Virginia.
