Regina Dyer is a current Charlestown resident and U.S. Air Force veteran. She has worked as a business coordinator and current activist in her community. Dyer served nine years in the U.S. Air Force ending her career in 2007. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Arts in General Studies with a focus on business administration from Southern New Hampshire University n Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from ITT Technical Institute. Her background includes working as the President of the Jefferson County Democratic Women’s Club and past service as Vice President of the county NAACP chapter and on local county political committees. Her campaign focuses on state-level resources for veterans and their families, job growth within the state, internet access to rural communities, improved infrastructure across the region, and fully-funded public schools. Dyer?s campaign also utilizes the regional aspect of keeping the population working and living in West Virginia.
