Philip Wayne Mallow

Philip Wayne Mallow is the Republican incumbent representing West Virginia House of Delegates District 75 in Marion County. Mallow was born in Cumberland, Maryland, and attended Allegany College of Maryland. Before entering the Legislature, he spent 36 years in management with UPS and is now retired. Mallow was first elected to the House in 2020 and was reelected in 2022 and 2024. He currently serves as chair of the House Courts Committee and has also chaired the interim Volunteer Fire Departments and Emergency Medical Services Committee. During his time in the Legislature, Mallow has sponsored legislation involving property taxes, fire and EMS funding, water and sewer access, economic development, energy policy, public safety and veterans. In 2026, he was listed as lead sponsor of 39 bills. Mallow has also been involved in efforts to address the Worthington sewer system. In February 2026, the town received a $2 million state grant for sewer rehabilitation after Mallow worked with state officials to seek funding.
