Nathaniel Stansberry is the Constitution Party candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates in District 64, which covers areas in Lewis and Upshur counties. He is going to challenge Republican incumbent Adam Burkhammer in the November 3, 2026, general election. The Constitution Party of West Virginia announced Stansberry?s candidacy on August 4 as part of a statewide slate that includes candidates for federal, legislative and county offices. Stansberry did not compete in the May primary because the Constitution Party selected its nominees through a state convention. Stansberry?s candidacy gives District 64 voters a minor party alternative in a race that otherwise has no Democratic nominee.
