Lynette Keen Shaw is the Democratic candidate for West Virginia House of Delegates District 60 in the 2026 general election. Shaw is from Cross Lanes in Kanawha County and is challenging Republican incumbent Dana J. Ferrell. According to West Virginia Watch’s 2026 primary voter guide, Shaw is retired and previously worked as a computer programmer for the West Virginia Department of Highways for more than three years. In her candidate questionnaire, Shaw said she believes state government should work to improve the lives of West Virginians. She identified clean water, strong public schools and affordable health care as needs that all West Virginians deserve. Publicly available information about her broader professional background and detailed legislative priorities is limited. Shaw’s candidacy gives voters an alternative to the incumbent in a district that includes the Sissonville area.
