Jordan Maynor

Was born in Mount Hope and currently resides in Beaver WV, where he runs both Maynor Consulting and Maynor Rentals. He has served in the past as an field representative for Evan Jenkins senate race, as well as serving as the regional director for the Tennessee republican party. He has served as a delegate for his district since 2021 when he was appointed to succeed Jeffery Pack following his appointment as Director of the Bureau for Social Services. He has won re-election uncontested in 2022 and by a very wide margin in 2024. One interesting note is that he was one of two sponsors of a bill allowing for direct corporate donations to politicians to give speeches in favor of it prior to a house vote, which was the first time during the 2026 legislative session that republicans sided with democrats to prevent a bill’s passage. He chose to portray the bill as a transparency measure. This would be more interesting if it had passed.
