Daniel Seth Miller is a Vienna resident and Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates in District 11. He has lived in Vienna for 29 years and works in behavioral health care coordination. His professional background includes social work, an experience he says has given him an understanding of the needs of West Virginia residents.
Miller’s campaign focuses on issues including affordable housing, health care, education, employment opportunities and environmental protection. He has also participated in local civic discussions in Vienna, including discussions concerning economic development and changes to city alcohol regulations.
Miller ran unopposed for the Democratic nomination in the May 2026 primary. Wood County’s official primary results show him receiving 957 votes. He will face Republican Jeff Sandy in the November general election.
