Christopher Jones is the Democratic candidate for the House of Delegates District 10. He is a Williamstown native and currently works as a warehouse manager. He is running against Republican Justin Beanard in the November general election. Jones is pro union and pro working class. His campaign states that he supports funding public education, reproductive health and protecting existing energy jobs.
Some other major focal points of his campaign are on lowering the costs of food and prescription drugs, making health care more affordable and highlighting recovery and mental health services through addressing West Virginia?s addiction crisis. Another priority of Jones is to create good jobs that will not only support work but encourage West Virginians to remain in the state. Jones also wants to continue investing into state flood prevention as well as protecting the Ohio River and its tributaries, providing clean drinking water to West Virginia communities.
