Bradley Jay Noll is Democratic candidate for the West Virginia House of Delegates District 92 race. Noll resides in the Tomohawk area near Hedgesville.
Noll is raising awareness on issues related to Berkeley County?s rapid growth, including school capacity, infrastructure, emergency services, development impact fees, and local control of tax revenue. He is in support of gun rights and responsible ownership.
He has previously run for state office and is challenging current Delegate Michael Hite in the 2026 general election.
