Track FEMA Registrations and Awards in Disaster Counties

Over the past two weeks, 12 counties have been given federal disaster declarations. Severe flooding in those counties destroyed thousands of homes and businesses and many are looking to the federal government–specifically the Federal Emergency Management Agency–for help in rebuilding.

The graphic below tracks the number of people by county who have registered for FEMA assistance as well as the number of eligible registrants for the Individuals and Households Program, which is a combination of the Housing Assistance and Other Needs Programs.

Below you can also see how much money FEMA has awarded to each county so far.
