West Virginia’s 36thGovernor Jim Justice will give his first State of the State Address to a joint meeting of the state Legislature Wednesday evening. West Virginia Public Broadcasting will carry the speech live on radio, television and online beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday.
The address will include the governor’s policy proposals for the 2017 Legislative Session, as well as his plans to balance the state’s budget for the 2018 fiscal year.
