Even the WVU Fans Were Against Her

It’s been 25 years since West Virginia University named the first woman to be the Mountaineer mascot.  Natalie Tennant entered the political arena becoming the Secretary of State.  She’s also run for governor and United States Senate.  It was her turn as the traditionally male mascot that may have given her the thick skin for politics.  Beth Vorhees reminisced with Tennant about her experience in our studio last week.
