Some returning war veterans are becoming farmers and beekeepers thanks to a state program.  More about the Blue Ridge Center for Chinese Medicine in Floyd County, Virginia.  The center is working with local farmers to raise certified Chinese herbs. The Ohio Valley Italian Heritage Festival kicks off in Wheeling on Friday.
