Noon – Equitrekking – “Turkey’s Coast, Cappadocia & Istanbul” A bustling downtown market and shopping district is visited in the capital city of Amman.

12:30 p.m. — Martin Yan’s Hidden China – “Exploring The Naxi Culture” Martin visits with the gentle Naxi people in picturesque Shuhe, China’s most ancient village.

1:00 p.m. — Rick Steves’ Europe – “Belgium: Bruges and Brussels” Visit the European Union, a medieval hospital, a carillon concert and Europe’s grandest square.

1:30 p.m. — The Seasoned Traveler – “Croatia and Bosnia-Hercegovina” Visit the Croatian Riviera, the windblown island of Krk, the Istrian peninsula & enthralling towns.

2:00 p.m. — Taste This! – “Comfort Food in a Small Town” Honu Kitchen and Cocktails is visited and a hearty eggplant, pasta dish and a desert are created.

2:30 p.m. — In The Americas with David Yetman – “The Cry for Mexican Independence” On September 16 each year, Mexicans commemorate the “Grito,” the call for independence from Spain.

4:00 p.m. – Travelscope – “Swiss Roots” Joseph’s wife Julie searches for her roots in Lucerne. Mount Pilatus and Lake Lucerne are explored.

4:30 p.m. — Burt Wolf: Travels & Traditions – “Siena and Assisi, Italy” Burt visits the Basilica of St. Francis and tours of one of Italy’s most important wineries.

5:00 p.m. — Clodagh’s Irish Food Trails – “Valentia, Co. Kerry” Clodagh goes fishing in the clear waters around Valentia Island and shows a way to cook shrimp.

5:30 p.m. — Smart Travels – Europe with Rudy Maxa – “Provence” Driving tours of the Alpilles and Luberon regions lead to the red rock village of Rousillion.
