Republican Attorneys General to Gather in W.Va. Next Month

Republican attorneys general from across the county will meet next month at The Greenbrier resort.

The Republican Attorneys General Association is set to hold its summer national meeting at the resort in White Sulphur Springs from Aug. 1-4.

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey sits on the organization’s executive committee. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi chairs the executive committee.

Founded in 1999, the group seeks to elect Republican attorneys general across the country. It spends money on political advertising that boosts GOP hopefuls.

There are currently 27 Republican attorneys general in office.
