House Finance Committee Members Discuss Gov. Justice's Proposed Budget

The House of Delegates passed a bill known as the Born Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. It calls on doctors to use “reasonable medical judgement” in the event of an unsuccessful abortion, and it passed with bi-partisan support.

But some Democrats – even those who voted for the bill – argued that the measure accomplishes nothing and is an attempt at furthering political divides. Senior Reporter Dave Mistich brings us this story.
