Gov. Jim Justice Delivers 3rd State of the State Address, Focuses on Taxes, Education

On this West Virginia Morning, Gov. Jim Justice promised to capitalize on West Virginia’s recently reported economic turnaround in his third State of the State address. Justice focused on education, roads, the state’s drug problem, and rollbacks on taxes. Dave Mistich reports.

Also on today’s show, teachers in at least 30 counties across West Virginia participated in a walk-in demonstration Wednesday morning, and teachers in all 55 counties wore red to show solidarity. Glynis Board spoke with one of the organizers of the demonstration.
