The 2025 West Virginia Vacation Guide is now available.
Gov. Patrick Morrisey unveiled the guide Friday. It is organized by experience and focuses on ways visitors and residents alike can enjoy the state’s natural beauty, outdoor activities, mountain culture, and time to unwind.
“This guide tells the story of West Virginia,” Morrisey said in a press release. He said it highlights the state’s natural beauty and growing recreational opportunities .
The colorful guides include insider tips on places to eat, activities for all four seasons in the Mountain State and where to find Almost Heaven swings
“The 2025 guide will inspire you to spend your vacation days in Almost Heaven,” said West Virginia Department of Tourism Secretary Chelsea Ruby.
The free travel magazines will accompany 100,000 copies of Travel + Leisure magazine being sent to target markets in an effort to encourage travel to West Virginia.
