EPA Hearings in Pittsburgh, New Coal Dust Regs, Marina Safety Law Delayed and Mountain Stage's 800th

 

  The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is holding hearings in Pittsburgh on planned regulations to limit carbon emissions from coal-fired power plants.
